Kinesiology is a powerful system that acknowledges the deep connection between the mind, body, and spirit. It empowers individuals to tap into their body’s natural healing capabilities and achieve balance across all areas of life.
Discover the root cause and boost your immune system!
For years, people from around the world have traveled to Sweden for this unique treatment.
Now, for the first time, it’s available in the U.S., in Thousand Oaks, California.
What I Do
As a kinesiologist, I use muscle testing to identify and correct imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, and emotional systems.
By assessing the nervous system’s response to sensory or magnetic challenges, I determine imbalances and methods for rebalancing the body, including the potential removal of harmful toxins.
With a foundation in anatomy, physiology, psychology, and energy medicine, Swedish Kinesiology goes beyond conventional health practices. By understanding the body's complex interactions, this approach addresses core disruptions affecting overall well-being.
A key aspect is using non-invasive muscle testing to uncover hidden imbalances that hinder health. By analyzing specific muscle responses, I develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Swedish Kinesiology involves listening to the body’s signals and addressing root causes of physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances, offering comprehensive and lasting healing.
This approach integrates acupressure, energy balancing, nutritional guidance, emotional release techniques, and lifestyle recommendations. By treating the body holistically, clients are empowered to actively engage in their healing journey.
Whether you seek relief from discomfort, improved clarity, emotional balance, or enhanced performance, Swedish Kinesiology offers a path to wellness. Combining Swedish traditions with the vibrant energy of Thousand Oaks, I invite you to embark on a transformative journey toward lasting health and vitality.
Important to know is that I can't heal you! You have to do the work. To support and correct the issues we find you will probably need to take some supplements / herbs a few times per day for a month or two and sometimes also change some lifestyle habits to achieve full results. If you are not willing to do the work it is better to do a shorter balancing treatment. For some even a quickfix-treatment does wonders, but for most it will not last because the deeper issues remain hidden.
How does it work
Swedish Kinesiology involves measuring the motor response of the nervous system to sensory or magnetic challenges to identify imbalances and suggest methods for rebalancing the body or removing harmful toxins. Drawing from principles in anatomy, physiology, psychology, and energy medicine, Linda's approach transcends traditional health and wellness methods. By exploring the intricate interplay between various bodily systems, she aims to address imbalances that affect overall vitality and well-being. A cornerstone of Swedish Kinesiology is muscle testing, a non-invasive diagnostic tool. Linda uses this technique to tap into the body's inherent wisdom, identifying underlying imbalances or blockages that impede optimal health. By testing specific muscles and analyzing their responses, she creates personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. Linda believes that the body communicates through its own language. By attentively interpreting these signals, she uncovers the root causes of physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances. This comprehensive approach not only addresses symptoms but also the underlying issues causing disharmony, ensuring thorough healing. Swedish Kinesiology employs a variety of therapeutic techniques, including acupressure, energy balancing, nutritional guidance, emotional release, and lifestyle recommendations. By treating the body as a whole and customizing treatments for each person, Linda empowers individuals to take an active role in their healing journey. Whether you seek relief from physical discomfort, enhanced mental clarity, emotional well-being, or improved performance, Linda's Kinesiology offers a holistic approach to optimal health. Combining Swedish heritage with her current practice in Thousand Oaks, Linda brings a global perspective to the body-mind connection. Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and lasting well-being with Linda’s expert guidance.

About Linda
I studied at Kilman Health in Stockholm, Sweden, a leading center known for advanced physical and mental therapies. For over 30 years, they have focused on research, treatment, and education to help people achieve better health and increased energy by enhancing nervous system communication, promoting natural nutrition, and strengthening the immune system.
Learning from world-renowned experts, Kilman Health has developed innovative methods, constantly refining solutions to provide clients with the best possible care. This approach has evolved into what is now called HKT (Holographic Kinesiology).
Our goal is not only to offer effective holistic treatments but also to empower you with a deeper understanding of your body and how you can influence your health through lifestyle changes. We teach practical strategies to optimize your health and boost energy levels, helping you achieve your day-to-day goals or perform at your best.
Results
The results speak for themselves.
My first encounter with these methods was when I discovered I was allergic to my dog. After just one treatment, my allergy was gone, allowing me to keep my beautiful dog for another ten years.
Athletes have made incredible comebacks after injuries and gone on to win Olympic medals thanks to this treatment. Others have recovered from serious illnesses and regained their lives. In 2018, a study conducted in collaboration with Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm was published in medical journals. Some clients who had recovered from MS using HKT were included in the study and interviewed.
